资源和能源作为生产生活不可或缺的一部分，其在为人们带来方便的同时，也增加了能耗，带来了环境污染问题，特别是建筑行业。为此，本文从与暖通工程节能相关的设计、施工和运行三方面出发对其问题进行分析，并在此基础上提出几点可行性建议。

Resources and energy as an indispensable part of production, which brings convenience for people, but also incr-eases the energy consumption, has brought environmental pol-ution problems, particularly in the construction industry. Ther-efore, this article analyzes the problem from three aspects of t-he design, construction and operation related to HVAC energ-y-saving, and puts forward some feasible suggestions.
