随着我国城市化建设力度的不断加大，我国各地的高层建筑也日益增多，在高层建筑中转换层技术也得到了广泛地应用，并且发挥出至关重要的功能。在这篇文章中笔者主要分析了高层建筑大梁式转换层施工的特点以及施工的技术和注意事项，旨在保证高层建筑转换层的施工质量。

Along with the increasing of our country city con-struction, high-rise buildings are increasing in our country, and the conversion layer technology in high-rise buildings has been widely used, and plays a vital function. In this article the auth-or mainly analyzes the characteristics, construction technology and mat ers needing at ention of high-rise building beam trans-ition layer construction, to ensure the construction quality of t-he conversion layer of high-rise building.
