In this article, the author made a site test to the op-eration efficiency of air-conditioning system and the indoor th-ermal environment in smal rural public buildings applied the level of ground source heat pump in Chengdu, and use the ada-ptive thermal comfort evaluate the thermal environment to det-ermine whether the air conditioning systems operate energy-s-aving, and final y put forward suggestions to the technology f-or rural extension.
