本文主要针对一影剧院建筑的局部改造要求，从不改变房屋的结构体系，同时在改造过程中不增加结构的荷载的角度出发，做到在结构上不影响工程结构的原有抗震性能，改造中尽量不破坏原有结构构件，尽量消除对原有结构的不利影响。

This paper mainly aims at requirements of one mo-vie theatre local transformation, from the angle of never chan-ging the structure system of housing, at the same time, in the transformation process does not increase the loading, must do in the structure does not affect the seismic performance of eng-ineering structure, try not to destroy the original structure in tr-ansformation, as far as possible to eliminate the adverse effects the original structure.
