本文针对天然气净化装置静设备管线经常出现法兰泄漏、阀门泄漏、法兰面刺漏损坏等问题，总结出来一套直接采用电弧焊焊接带压堵漏技术进行堵漏。并成功地进行了不同介质，不同压力漏点的带压堵漏，保证了设备的连续运行，避免停产损失，在过去许多禁区都得到了突破。
