本文根据某办公楼结构在不同层面的特殊性,采用两种计算软件进行对比,用时程分析法对地震下的弹性进行计算。分析了楼板的温度应力,增强了错层、越层柱及相关构件延性,对嵌固端的楼层高差处理、地下室及上部结构构件的设计提出了合理建议。

In this article, the author bases on the particularity of an office building structure at different levels, compares wi-th two kinds of calculation software and use the time history analysis method to calculate the elastic earthquake, and ana-lysis of the slab temperature stress that enhanced split-level, thermo cline column and the ductility of related components, and put forward reasonable proposals to the different height of treatment on embedment side floor, the design of the basement and the upper part of the structural components.
