在城市设计中，城市广场是其中很重要的一块。本文以文艺复兴时期城市广场的演变为研究对象，从城市广场的社会品质（非物质要素）和空间品质（物质要素）两个方面，阐述了神心态到大众审美需求的转变。最后提出了对现代中国广场建设的几点建议。
在城市設計中，城市廣場是其中很重要的一塊。本文以文藝複興時期城市廣場的縯變為研究對象，從城市廣場的社會品質（非物質要素）和空間品質（物質要素）兩箇方麵，闡述瞭神心態到大衆審美需求的轉變。最後提齣瞭對現代中國廣場建設的幾點建議。

In city design, city square is one of the most imp-ortant pieces. Based on taking the Renaissance City Square as the research object, from two aspects of the city square social quality (non-material elements) and space quality (material elements), this paper expounds the change of God mentality to the public aesthetic needs. Final y, it puts forward some sug-gestions for the development of modern Chinese square.
