This paper though the characteristics and difficult-ies of Yancheng Century Avenue Tongyu River Bridge project, introduces difficulties, countermeasures, ef ectiveness of the c-onstruction quality supervision and management, summarizes the supervision work experiences, discusses the project existi-ng some quality defects, puts forward the corresponding count-ermeasures.
