目的：探讨和分析颅内动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血血管痉挛的临床治疗效果。方法抽取我院2012年1月-2014年1月收治的颅内动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血血管痉挛的患者72例，随机分为对照组和治疗组两组各36例。对照组给与常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给与盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗，对两组的治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果通过治疗，对照组有效26例（72.2%），死亡10例（27.8%），治疗组有效32例（88.9%），死亡4例（11.1%）。治疗组在有效率、死亡率及并发症等方面都优于对照组，两组差异显著，具有统计学意义。结论盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗颅内动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血血管痉挛效果良好，安全性能高，并发症少，值得临床推广应用。
