在建筑行业快速发展的同时，由于建筑施工和管理方面尚不够成熟使得建筑工程的质量存在着一些通病，建筑工程发生渗漏或者是建筑发生裂缝。笔者结合多年的建筑施工经验，对建筑工程质量通病的原因进行剖析并提出了一些防治对策。
在建築行業快速髮展的同時，由于建築施工和管理方麵尚不夠成熟使得建築工程的質量存在著一些通病，建築工程髮生滲漏或者是建築髮生裂縫。筆者結閤多年的建築施工經驗，對建築工程質量通病的原因進行剖析併提齣瞭一些防治對策。

While the rapid development of the building industry, due to the construction and management is still not mature enough, the quality of building project has some common problems, the leak or crack of building project may appeared. The author analyzes the causes of building project quality common problem and proposes countermeasures combined with years of experience in building project.
