饮水质量直接关系人们的生命健康，随着农村的发展，农村的供水工程逐渐增加，但是当前农村供水工程的运营管理工作并不十分完善，导致供水工程未能发挥出应有的作用。今后需要进一步完善农村供水工程的运营管理理念以及运营管理方式，更好地为农村服务，保障人们的饮水问题。本文主要是对当前农村供水工程的运营管理工作存在的问题进行分析，并提出合理的供水工程的运营管理建议。

Water quality is directly related to people's life and health. With the development of the rural area, rural water supply project gradually increases, but the operation management of the current rural water supply project is not very perfect, leading to water supply project failing to play a proper role. It is necessary to further improve the operation of rural water supply project management and operation management mode, better service the rural area and safeguard people's drinking water security. This article mainly analyzes the current problems existing in the operation of rural water supply project management, and puts forward reasonable suggestiosn for the operation of water supply project management.
