为了研究纵轴式掘进机用截齿的损坏形式及机理，现场收集了典型的损坏截齿，从截线距、截齿工作角度的设计、截割头现场管理维护等方面对其造成的损坏形式及机理进行了分析。分析表明，截齿的非正常损坏一般不是由单一因素造成，主要由截齿布置参数、使用管理、地质条件等因素综合作用的结果。最后针对布置截齿时处理截齿座干涉问题及解决方法提出了建议。这些对如何提高截齿及截割头的使用寿命具有指导意义。

In order to research the form and mechanism analysis of the longitudinal roadheader picks damaged, several typical damaged picks were collected, the damaged form and mechanism of the picks were analyzed. From the aspects of picks layout, design of the working angle, and management and maintenance on-scene of the cutting head, the form and mechanism of the damage picks were analyzed. The analysis results show that picks unusual damage is the result of the combined effects of the picks layout parameters, maintenance and management and geological conditions, rather than a single factor causing. Finally, the interference problems of picks layout and solutions were introduced. They have significance to how to improve the service life of pick and cutting head.
