目的分析甲亢性肝病患者临床特点。方法选取于2010年3月到2014年2月住院期间诊断为甲亢的患者190例，其中甲亢性肝病患者40例（研究组），甲亢无肝功能损害150例（对照组）。对比两组间的一般资料、临床表现、血生化指标。结果甲亢性肝病发病率为21.1%，年龄越大甲亢性肝病发生率越高（P＜0.05）；甲亢性肝病40例中仅5例（13%）出现严重的肝功能损害，其余35例（87%）肝功能损害无症状或轻微不适；研究组ALT、AST、r-GGT、ALP、TT3、TT4均高于对照组（P＜0.05），研究组和对照组间的TSH间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论甲亢患者容易合并肝功能损害，肝损害临床表现多无症状或轻微不适，多发于高龄及病情严重的患者。
목적분석갑항성간병환자림상특점。방법선취우2010년3월도2014년2월주원기간진단위갑항적환자190례，기중갑항성간병환자40례（연구조），갑항무간공능손해150례（대조조）。대비량조간적일반자료、림상표현、혈생화지표。결과갑항성간병발병솔위21.1%，년령월대갑항성간병발생솔월고（P＜0.05）；갑항성간병40례중부5례（13%）출현엄중적간공능손해，기여35례（87%）간공능손해무증상혹경미불괄；연구조ALT、AST、r-GGT、ALP、TT3、TT4균고우대조조（P＜0.05），연구조화대조조간적TSH간차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론갑항환자용역합병간공능손해，간손해림상표현다무증상혹경미불괄，다발우고령급병정엄중적환자。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of liver disease in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods for the diagnosis period March 2010 to February 2014 hospitalized patients with hyperthyroidism 190 cases, including 40 patients with hyperthyroidism, liver disease (study group), hyperthyroidism without liver damage 150 cases (control group). Hyperthyroidism, liver disease was the result of 21.1%, the older the higher incidence of hyperthyroidism, liver disease (P <0.05); hyperthyroidism, liver disease, 40 cases, only five cases (13%) of severe liver damage, and the remaining 35 cases (87%) were asymptomatic or mild hepatic dysfunction discomfort; research group ALT, AST, r-GGT, ALP, TT3, TT4 were higher (P <0.05), the difference between TSH between the study group and the control group was not statistical y significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion The patients with hyperthyroidism easily combined liver damage, liver damage symptoms or clinical manifestations of mild discomfort, mainly in the elderly and seriously il patients.
