通过对TH2828S宽频LCR数字电桥测量原理的分析,结合非线性磁芯电感线圈的相关理论,采取对不同磁芯电感线圈对比测试,分析测量数据寻找两种测量仪测量差异,并通过对无直流磁化磁芯电感线圈测量,根据电抗选择测量仪的等效方式;对直流磁化磁芯电感线圈测量,采用外接电流表监测磁化电流的方法,解决了替换仪表的测量误差,寻找到替代仪表对不同磁芯电感线圈测量方法和参数设置,解决了大电感量磁芯电感线圈的测量仪表。

Based on the analysis of TH2828S broadband LCR digital electric bridge measurement principle, in combination with the relevant theories of non-linear magnetic core inductance coil, the measurement data is analyzed by making a comparison test on different magnetic core inductance coils to find the measuring difference between two measuring instruments. By measur-ing the DC-free magnetization core inductor coil, the equivalent manner of the tester is selected according to the reactance. As fore the measurement of DC magnetization core inductor coil, an external ammeter is used to monitor the magnetizing current. By the method, the measurement error of the replacement instrument was eliminated, and the methods to measure different magnetic core inductor coils by the alternative instrument and to set parameters were also found out.
