From the perspective of consumers, a field research was done to 300 consumers from 12 public hospitals in Jiangsu. Factor analysis was done to the consumer's satisfaction degree of pharmaceutical enterprises' fulfillment of social responsibility. Suggestions were proposed according to the result in order to promote the pharmaceutical enterprises' fulfillment of social responsibility.
