目的：探讨阿德福韦酯联合聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月至2014年1月门诊收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组患者每周1次皮下注射180μg聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a；观察组在对照组基础上口服阿德福韦酯，10 mg/d。比较两组患者治疗后丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）以及乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）DNA、乙型肝炎e抗原（HBeAg）转阴率和HBeAg血清转换率。结果治疗后观察组患者ALT和AST显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01），且观察组患者HBV DNA、HBeAg转阴率和HBeAg血清转换率均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论阿德福韦酯联合聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效显著，值得在临床推广应用。
목적：탐토아덕복위지연합취을이순간우소α-2a치료만성을형간염적림상료효。방법선취2012년1월지2014년1월문진수치적만성을형간염환자80례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조각40례。대조조환자매주1차피하주사180μg취을이순간우소α-2a；관찰조재대조조기출상구복아덕복위지，10 mg/d。비교량조환자치료후병안산안기전이매（ALT）、천문동안산안기전이매（AST）이급을형간염병독（HBV）DNA、을형간염e항원（HBeAg）전음솔화HBeAg혈청전환솔。결과치료후관찰조환자ALT화AST현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.01），차관찰조환자HBV DNA、HBeAg전음솔화HBeAg혈청전환솔균현저고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론아덕복위지연합취을이순간우소α-2a치료만성을형간염료효현저，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical observation of adefovir dipivoxil and polyethylene glycol interferon α-2a in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB). Methods Eighty patients with CHB,who were treated in the hospital from January 2013 to January 2014,were selected,and randomized into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were injected with 1.5 μg polyethylene glycol interferonα-2a each week,and patients in the obser-vation group were treated with adefovir dipivoxil on the basis of the control group ,10 mg/d. Alanine aminotransferase (ALT),as-partate amino transferase (AST),negative rate of hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA and HBeAg and seroconversion rate of HBeAg of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,ALT and AST of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),and negative rate of HBV DNA and HBeAg,and seroconversion rate of HBeAg in the observation group were higher than those in the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of adefovir dipivoxil and polyethylene glycol interferonα-2a is effective in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B ,and it is worthy of popularization in clinic.
