检验科发生感染的原因比较复杂，与众多因素有着关联，包括医院内管理人员的不重视，不能形成相对严格的规则制度，检验科的工作人员缺乏基础的预防感染知识以及医院内的硬件设施陈旧等。因此，管理人员要对检验科发生感染高度重视，制定严格的规章制度和奖惩措施，加强对工作人员预防感染知识的宣导和宣教，更新工作人员的观念，定期对硬件设施进行检查和消毒或者是更换，保证良好的工作氛围和工作环境，对于预防和控制医院检验科发生感染的概率起到重要的作用。

The causes of laboratory infection was more complex,associated with many factors,including ignore of hospital managers,lack of strictly rules and regulations,defect the atmosphere observe the rules and regulations,lack of basis knowledge on inspection prevention among the staff of clinical laboratory,and hardware facilities of the hospital.Therefore,the managers should pay highly attention to laboratory infection,draw up strict regulations and incentive measures,strengthen staff propaganda and education on the knowledge of infection prevention,update staff's ideas,taking inspection,disinfection or replacement on hardware facilities regularly,ensure a good working atmosphere and environment.Those measures can play an important role in prevention and control inspection rate of clinical laboratory.
