目的：总结心理护理的基本内容，探讨心理护理在创伤性颅脑损伤患者康复期护理中的价值。方法：将收治的创伤性颅脑损伤康复期患者80例，随机分为试验组和对照组各40例。其中对照组予以常规护理干预，而试验组予以心理护理干预，比较两组患者康复疗效及护理满意度评分差异。结果：试验组总有效率95.0%，远高于对照组82.5%。两组间差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。试验组和对照组患者护理满意度评分分别为(97.1±5.4)分和(91.0±10.8)分，试验组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：心理护理模式是创伤性颅脑损伤患者康复期护理模式的新探索，其优点不仅在于提高患者满意度，更有助于优化护理质量，对患者和护理人员均有积极影响，是值得临床推广的新模式。

Objective:To summary the basic content of psychological nursing,and investigate the value of psychological nursing in patients of traumatic brain injury in recovery stage.Methods:80 cases of traumatic brain injury in recovery stage were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group were given routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group were given psychological nursing intervention.Compare the difference of rehabilitation effect and nursing satisfaction score in two groups.Results:The total efficiency rate of the experimental group was 95% ,much higher than that of the control group(82.5% ).The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the experimental group and in the control group was 97.1±5.4 and 91±10.8 respectively.The score of the experimental group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing mode is a new exploration on patients of traumatic brain injury in recovery stage.It has the advantages of improving the satisfaction of patient,and helping to optimize the quality of nursing.It also has positive impact on patients and nursing staff.So it is a new mode that worthy of clinical application.
