目的：评价健康指导对急性脑出血患者便秘的预防作用。方法：将80例急性脑出血住院患者随机分为两组，试验组和对照组，各40例。对照组给予常规观察护理，试验组在对照组基础上给予有针对性的健康指导。对比分析两组治疗效果。结果：试验组便秘发生率(2.5%)低于对照组(25%)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对急性脑出血患者进行健康教育，可有效预防便秘，减少并发症的发生，促进身体康复。

목적：평개건강지도대급성뇌출혈환자편비적예방작용。방법：장80례급성뇌출혈주원환자수궤분위량조，시험조화대조조，각40례。대조조급여상규관찰호리，시험조재대조조기출상급여유침대성적건강지도。대비분석량조치료효과。결과：시험조편비발생솔(2.5%)저우대조조(25%)，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대급성뇌출혈환자진행건강교육，가유효예방편비，감소병발증적발생，촉진신체강복。
Objective:To study efficacy of health education on defecation of patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:80 cases with acute intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group were given the traditional nursing.The experimental group were given the health education on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effects.Results:The incidence of constipation in the experimental group(2.5%) was lower than that of the control group(25%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:The health education is effective in preventing constipation and reducing complications,which can promote physical rehabilitation.
