目的：探讨分析术前护理干预在PCI术中的应用价值。方法：2012年9月-2013年9月收治行PCI治疗患者70例，分为观察组和对照组各35例，观察组患者给予术前护理干预，对照组患者给予常规术前护理，对比两组患者SAS 评分和心率、血压变化等情况。结果：观察组 SAS 评分明显低于对照组，两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组治疗依从性明显高于对照组，两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在PCI术中应用术前护理干预能有效防止各种并发症的出现，提高治疗依从性，缓解患者焦虑情绪，值得临床应用和推广。
목적：탐토분석술전호리간예재PCI술중적응용개치。방법：2012년9월-2013년9월수치행PCI치료환자70례，분위관찰조화대조조각35례，관찰조환자급여술전호리간예，대조조환자급여상규술전호리，대비량조환자SAS 평분화심솔、혈압변화등정황。결과：관찰조 SAS 평분명현저우대조조，량조대비차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조치료의종성명현고우대조조，량조대비차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재PCI술중응용술전호리간예능유효방지각충병발증적출현，제고치료의종성，완해환자초필정서，치득림상응용화추엄。
Objective:To explore the application value of preoperative nursing intervention in PCI.Methods:70 cases who were treated with PCI were selected from September 2012 to September 2013.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each.The patients in the observation group were given preoperative nursing intervention,while the control group were given routine nursing before operation.We compared the SAS score and heart rate,blood pressure changes of the two groups.Results:The SAS score of the observation group after the nursing intervention was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was significant statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the patients in the observation group were treated by preoperative nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was significant statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of preoperative nursing intervention can effectively prevent complications in PCI procedure,and it can improve the treatment compliance,alleviate the anxiety of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
