心律失常(cardiac arrhythmia)是指心脏冲动的频率、节律、起源部位、传导速度或激动次序的异常。房室交界性心律及三度房室传导阻滞都为缓慢性心律失常，心电图的诊断与鉴别对疾病的治疗与预后都有重要的临床意义。本文阐述了房室交界性心律及三度房室传导阻滞的心电图特点、诊断及预后，旨在加强对两种疾病的认识，以指导临床。
心律失常(cardiac arrhythmia)是指心髒遲動的頻率、節律、起源部位、傳導速度或激動次序的異常。房室交界性心律及三度房室傳導阻滯都為緩慢性心律失常，心電圖的診斷與鑒彆對疾病的治療與預後都有重要的臨床意義。本文闡述瞭房室交界性心律及三度房室傳導阻滯的心電圖特點、診斷及預後，旨在加彊對兩種疾病的認識，以指導臨床。

Cardiac arrhythmia refers to the abnormal cardiac impulse frequency,rhythm,site of origin,conduction velocity or excited order.Atrioventricular junctional rhythm and three degree atrioventricular block are all slow arrhythmia.Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ECG has important clinical significance for the treatment and prognosis of the disease. This article elaborated the ECG characteristics,diagnosis and prognosis of atrioventricular junctional rhythm and three degree atrioventricular block,to strengthen the understanding of the two diseases, and to guide clinical.
