目的：观察丹红注射液在冠心病不稳定性心绞痛中的临床疗效。方法：2012年1月-2013年12月收治冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者76例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，按治疗方案分为对照组和治疗组，在基础治疗的基础上，对照组给予硝酸甘油注射液，治疗组给予丹红注射液，比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率92.11%(35/38)，疗效明显高于对照组。治疗后，治疗组内皮功能各指标改善程度明显优于对照组。差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：丹红注射液用于冠心病不稳定性心绞痛治疗中疗效显著，可有效改善患者内皮功能，值得在临床推广应用。

목적：관찰단홍주사액재관심병불은정성심교통중적림상료효。방법：2012년1월-2013년12월수치관심병불은정성심교통환자76례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석，안치료방안분위대조조화치료조，재기출치료적기출상，대조조급여초산감유주사액，치료조급여단홍주사액，비교량조치료효과。결과：치료조총유효솔92.11%(35/38)，료효명현고우대조조。치료후，치료조내피공능각지표개선정도명현우우대조조。차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：단홍주사액용우관심병불은정성심교통치료중료효현저，가유효개선환자내피공능，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Danhong injection in coronary heart disease unstable angina.Methods:76 cases with coronary heart disease unstable angina were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment plan,the cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group.On the basis of basic treatment,the control group were given nitroglycerin injection,while the treatment group were given Danhong injection.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.11%(35/38).Its curative effect was obviously higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the indexes of endothelial function of patients were improved significantly better than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danhong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina has a significant effect.It can effectively improve the endothelial function in patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
