目的：对比性研究全身麻醉应用瑞芬太尼与舒芬太尼的临床效果情况。方法：2010年10月-2011年10月收治骨科手术患者82例，随机分成两组，观察组41例在手术全身麻醉中给予舒芬太尼，对照组41例给予瑞芬太尼，比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果：观察组手术后30分钟、60分钟的疼痛评分及不良反应发生率分别为(1.23±0.21)分、(2.10±0.24)分、9.76%，对照组患者手术后30分钟、60分钟的疼痛评分及不良反应发生率分别为(3.65±0.28)分、(5.09±0.32)分、17.07%。结论：在全身麻醉中应用舒芬太尼疗效较好。

목적：대비성연구전신마취응용서분태니여서분태니적림상효과정황。방법：2010년10월-2011년10월수치골과수술환자82례，수궤분성량조，관찰조41례재수술전신마취중급여서분태니，대조조41례급여서분태니，비교량조환자적마취효과。결과：관찰조수술후30분종、60분종적동통평분급불량반응발생솔분별위(1.23±0.21)분、(2.10±0.24)분、9.76%，대조조환자수술후30분종、60분종적동통평분급불량반응발생솔분별위(3.65±0.28)분、(5.09±0.32)분、17.07%。결론：재전신마취중응용서분태니료효교호。
Objective:To comparative study on the clinical effect of remifentanil and sufentanil in general anesthesia.Methods:82 cases with orthopedic operation were selected from October 2010 to October 2011.They were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group with 41 cases were given sufentanil in general anesthesia.The control group with 41 cases were given remifentanil.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the pain scores of postoperation 30 minutes,60 minutes and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were (1.23±0.21)scores,(2.10±0.24)scores, 9.76%.In the control group,the pain scores of postoperation 30 minutes,60 minutes and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were (3.65±0.28)scores,(5.09±0.32 )scores,17.07%.Conclusion:In the general anesthesia,the sufentanil was effective.
