In this article, the author bases on years of bidding work experience, and combine with the latest bidding norms and the design evaluation criteria of municipal engineering co-nstruction. By analyzing the characteristic and position of the construction organization design of current municipal enginee-ring bidding, discusses and elaborates some experience from the concept to the fine and fast compile method in the design of bidding construction organization to provide reference for the peer.
