随着国民经济的发展，城市化进程的加快，越来越多的人口涌入城市寻找机会，导致城市工业废水和居民生活污水的排放量也日益增多。市政部门不得不对城市的污水处理问题加以重视，加快市政排水工程设施建设的发展。然而目前，市政排水工程规划设计依然存在不少问题。

With the development of national economy, the sp-eeding up of urbanization, more and more people into the city looking for opportunities, leading to the city industrial wast-ewater and domestic sewage emissions also increased. Muni-cipal departments have to pay at ention to problems of the city sewage treatment, to speed up the development of facilities, construction of municipal drainage engineering. However, the planning and design of municipal drainage engineering, there are stil a lot of problems.
