目的：探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗儿科呼吸系统疾病的疗效及不良反应发生率。方法选择80例患有呼系统疾病患儿，分为两组。试验组采取盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗，对照组采取盐酸溴己新注射液治疗，观察比较两组治疗疗效及不良反应。结果试验组40例患儿中，显效23例，有效15例，无效2例，总有效率95%，对照组40例患者中，显效20例，有效12例，无效8例，总有效率为80%，两组差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。试验组出现1例患儿消化系统症状（恶心、呕吐等），出现皮疹1例，不良反应发生率5%，对照组出现3例消化系统症状，心率紊乱2例，不良反应发生率12.5%，P<0.05，两组差异有统计学意义。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液在儿科治疗患有呼吸系统疾病的儿童中疗效显著，且不良反应少，具有较大临床应用价值。

목적：탐토염산안추색치료인과호흡계통질병적료효급불량반응발생솔。방법선택80례환유호계통질병환인，분위량조。시험조채취염산안추색주사액치료，대조조채취염산추기신주사액치료，관찰비교량조치료료효급불량반응。결과시험조40례환인중，현효23례，유효15례，무효2례，총유효솔95%，대조조40례환자중，현효20례，유효12례，무효8례，총유효솔위80%，량조차이유통계학의의，P<0.05。시험조출현1례환인소화계통증상（악심、구토등），출현피진1례，불량반응발생솔5%，대조조출현3례소화계통증상，심솔문란2례，불량반응발생솔12.5%，P<0.05，량조차이유통계학의의。결론염산안추색주사액재인과치료환유호흡계통질병적인동중료효현저，차불량반응소，구유교대림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of pediatric respiratory disease. Methods 80 pediatric patients with respiratory diseases were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 40 cases. The experimental group adopted Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection treatment, and the control group took the Bromhexine Hydrochlide Injection treatment. The curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were com-pared between the two groups. Results Of the 40 cases in the experimental group, 23 cases being excellent, 15 cases effective , and 2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 95%, of the 40 patients in the control group, 20 cases being excellent, 12 cases effective, 8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 80%, the differences between the groups were statistically significant, P<0.05. In the experimental group, gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and so on occurred in 1 case, rash occurred in 1 case, the incidence of adverse reactions was 5%; in the control group, gastrointestinal symptoms occurred in 3 cases, heart rate turbulence occurred in 2 cases, the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.5%,P<0.05, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection has significant effect on pediatric respiratory disease with less adverse reactions, which has great clinical application value.
