目的：探究淋巴管肌瘤病（LAM）患者的胸腹部临床特征及CT影像表现。方法将该院2012年2月-2013年2月接待的16例LAM患者作为研究对象，回顾性分析他们的临床资料，探究其胸腹部CT影像表现。结果16例患者经胸部CT显示皆出现异常表现，主要为两肺弥漫分布或者散在囊腔影，囊壁薄而且比较清晰，大小在2~22 mm之间，有大多数囊腔间肺实质表现比较正常；同时显示有2例患者气胸、4例患者并发肺大泡、5例胸腔积液。16例患者经腹部CT检查显示，其中有9例患者有异常表现，主要为肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤，同时发现2例患者并发肝血管平滑肌脂肪瘤、3例患者并发腹膜后及盆腹腔积液。结论LAM经胸腹部CT检查，其影像表现有一定的特征性，表现为弥漫分布或者两肺散在囊腔影（大小为2~22 mm），同时伴有或者不伴有淋巴管肌瘤、腹部错构瘤等。

목적：탐구림파관기류병（LAM）환자적흉복부림상특정급CT영상표현。방법장해원2012년2월-2013년2월접대적16례LAM환자작위연구대상，회고성분석타문적림상자료，탐구기흉복부CT영상표현。결과16례환자경흉부CT현시개출현이상표현，주요위량폐미만분포혹자산재낭강영，낭벽박이차비교청석，대소재2~22 mm지간，유대다수낭강간폐실질표현비교정상；동시현시유2례환자기흉、4례환자병발폐대포、5례흉강적액。16례환자경복부CT검사현시，기중유9례환자유이상표현，주요위신혈관평활기지방류，동시발현2례환자병발간혈관평활기지방류、3례환자병발복막후급분복강적액。결론LAM경흉복부CT검사，기영상표현유일정적특정성，표현위미만분포혹자량폐산재낭강영（대소위2~22 mm），동시반유혹자불반유림파관기류、복부착구류등。
Objective To explore the clinical manifestations and CT features of chest and abdomen of patients with lymphangi-oleiomyomatosis (LAM). Methods 16 patients with LAM admitted in our hospital from February, 2012 to February, 2013 were se-lected as the subjects, the clinical data of them were retrospectively analyzed and the thoracic and abdominal CT features of the patients were investigated. Results The chest CT images of the 16 patients were abnormal, and mainly showed that cystic shadow distributed diffusely or scattered in pulmones, the cystic wall was thin and clear, size between 2~22 mm, with most cystic cavity pulmonary parenchyma performance was normal;at the same time showed 2 cases of pneumothorax, 4 cases complicated with pul-monary bulla, 5 cases of pleural effusion. The abdominal CT images of 16 patients showed that 9 cases of abnormal performance, mainly were renal angiomyolipoma, also found that 2 cases of patients complicated with hepatic angiomyolipoma, 3 cases of pa-tients complicated by retroperitoneal and peritoneal effusion. Conclusion The thoracic and abdominal CT images of LAM have certain characteristics, which mainly manifest as cystic shadow distributing diffusely or scattering in pulmones (size 2~22 mm) , with or without lymphangiomyoma, abdominal hamartoma and so on.
