目的：探讨微波联合天葵菌毒清颗粒治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的临床疗效。方法选择门诊慢性肥厚性慢性肥厚性咽炎患者80例，采用随机对照分组试验，其中治疗组40例，对照组40例，治疗组采用微波联合天葵菌毒清颗粒治疗，对照组常规微波治疗。结果治疗组的总有效率为92.5%(37/40)，对照组的总有效率为72.5%(29/40)，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.24， P<0.05）。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论微波联合天葵菌毒清颗粒治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎是一种疗效显著的治疗方案。
목적：탐토미파연합천규균독청과립치료만성비후성인염적림상료효。방법선택문진만성비후성만성비후성인염환자80례，채용수궤대조분조시험，기중치료조40례，대조조40례，치료조채용미파연합천규균독청과립치료，대조조상규미파치료。결과치료조적총유효솔위92.5%(37/40)，대조조적총유효솔위72.5%(29/40)，량조비교차이유통계학의의（χ2=4.24， P<0.05）。량조균미견명현불량반응。결론미파연합천규균독청과립치료만성비후성인염시일충료효현저적치료방안。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of microwave combined with Begonia Junduqing granule in the treatment of patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis. Methods 80 cases of patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis admitted to the outpatient were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 patients in each. The treat-ment group was given microwave combined with Begonia Junduqing Granule for treatment, while the control group was given con-ventional microwave treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 92.5% (37/40), 72.5%(29/40), respectively, and the difference between them was statistically significant (χ2=4.24, P<0.05). Both groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Microwave combined with Begonia Junduqing Granule treatment has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.
