目的:探讨急性下壁心肌梗死的心电图情况对判断心肌梗死相关动脉及闭塞位置的作用。方法选取该院收治的急性下壁心肌梗死患者80例,观察该组患者心电图情况,并研究心电图情况对心肌梗死相关动脉和闭塞位置判断影响。结果血管闭塞在右冠状动脉发生率为86.25%,回旋支发生率为13.75%,合并右心室心肌梗死发生率41.25%%。急性下壁心肌梗死右冠状动脉是心肌梗死相关动脉的时候,血管闭塞的位置发生于右心室支开口以远占73.75%,合并RVI的时候,其闭塞多数发生在第1右心室只开口前占65.00%。结论下壁急性心肌梗死的心电图情况与心肌梗死相关动脉及闭塞位置相关,具有一定的预测价值。

목적:탐토급성하벽심기경사적심전도정황대판단심기경사상관동맥급폐새위치적작용。방법선취해원수치적급성하벽심기경사환자80례,관찰해조환자심전도정황,병연구심전도정황대심기경사상관동맥화폐새위치판단영향。결과혈관폐새재우관상동맥발생솔위86.25%,회선지발생솔위13.75%,합병우심실심기경사발생솔41.25%%。급성하벽심기경사우관상동맥시심기경사상관동맥적시후,혈관폐새적위치발생우우심실지개구이원점73.75%,합병RVI적시후,기폐새다수발생재제1우심실지개구전점65.00%。결론하벽급성심기경사적심전도정황여심기경사상관동맥급폐새위치상관,구유일정적예측개치。
Objective To investigate the role of ECG of acute inferior myocardial infarction in the judgment of myocardial infarc-tion related artery and the location of occlusion. Methods 80 patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital were selected. The ECG of the patients was observed, and the effect of ECG in the judgment of myocardial infarction re-lated artery and the location of occlusion was studied. Results The incidence of vascular occlusion in the right coronary artery was 86.25%, the incidence of vascular occlusion in circumflex was 13.75%, and combing right ventricular myocardial infarction rate was 41.25%. If right coronary artery was the relative artery of acute inferior myocardial infarction, vascular occlusion occurred in right ventricular branch opening beyond accounted for 73.75%, when combined with RVI, the ratio of vascular occlusion occurred in the front right ventricular only accounted for 65.00%. Conclusion The ECG of acute inferior myocardial infarction is related to myocardial infarction related artery and the location of occlusion, which has some predictive value.
