目的：探究血糖控制应用于妊娠期糖尿病对妊娠结局的影响评价。方法资料随机选自2011年2月-2012年2月在该院诊治的妊娠糖尿病患者180例，将患者依照治疗后血糖的控制程度分为两组，血糖满意控制145例作对研究组，血糖不满意控制35例作对照组，同期检查的健康孕妇60例作参照组，分析3组的母婴妊娠结局情况。结果研究组的孕妇剖宫产、产后出血、羊水过多、胎膜早破等并发症，以及巨大儿、新生儿的窒息等并发症情况，与对照组比较发生较少，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与参照组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论对于妊娠期糖尿病予以有效满意的血糖控制，能有效改善母婴妊娠结局，具有一定临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the impact of glycemic control applied to gestational diabetes on pregnancy outcome. Methods The data of 180 cases of patients with gestational diabetes diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February, 2011 to February, 2012 were randomly selected. According to the degree of controlling blood glucose after treatment, the patients were divided into two groups, 145 cases with satisfactory control of blood glucose were selected as the study group, and 35 cases with dissatisfied control of blood glucose as the control group. And 60 cases of healthy pregnant women underwent examinations during the same period were selected as the reference group. The outcome of pregnancy of three groups was analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the complications such as cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, hydramnion, premature rupture of membranes, macrosomia, newborn asphyxia and so on occurred in the study group were less than those occurred in the control group, the dif-ferences were statistically significant (P<0.05); but compared with those occurred in the reference group, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Satisfactory controlling the blood glucose of patients with gestational diabetes can effec-tively improve the outcome of maternity and infant with certain clinical application value.
