目的：探讨胃癌患者围手术期护理中采用快速康复外科理念的效果。方法随机将80例胃癌手术患者均分为研究组与对照组，各自40例，其中对照组围手术期给予常规护理，研究组则加用快速康复外科理念护理，对比分析两组患者临床效果。结果研究组患者在术后住院时间（10.25±0.75）d、伤口愈合时间（10.06±0.45）d及满意度（95.00%）等方面明显优于对照组[（14.56±1.65）d、（20.45±0.66）d、82.50%]，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论对于胃癌手术患者围手术期结合快速康复外科理念护理，可明显提高护理效果，促进术后恢复，并提高护理满意度，值得借鉴。
목적：탐토위암환자위수술기호리중채용쾌속강복외과이념적효과。방법수궤장80례위암수술환자균분위연구조여대조조，각자40례，기중대조조위수술기급여상규호리，연구조칙가용쾌속강복외과이념호리，대비분석량조환자림상효과。결과연구조환자재술후주원시간（10.25±0.75）d、상구유합시간（10.06±0.45）d급만의도（95.00%）등방면명현우우대조조[（14.56±1.65）d、（20.45±0.66）d、82.50%]，조간대비차이유통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론대우위암수술환자위수술기결합쾌속강복외과이념호리，가명현제고호리효과，촉진술후회복，병제고호리만의도，치득차감。
Objective To investigate the effect of fast track surgery concept applied to the nursing of patients with gastric cancer during the periopeative period. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 40 cases in each. The control group was given conventional nursing during the perioperative peri-od, and the study group was given fast track surgery nursing, the clinical effect of these two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The postoperative hospitalization time of the study group was (10.25±0.75d), wound healing time was (10.06±0.45d), and satisfaction was (95%), which was significantly better than the control group's (14.56±1.65d,20.45±0.66d,82.50%), respectively, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Fast track surgery nursing for patients with gas-tric cancer during the perioperative period can significantly improve the nursing effect, promote the postoperative recovery, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of reference.
