目的：分析肝胆管结石合并胆管癌患者的预见性护理方法和效果。方法收集肝胆管结石合并胆管癌76例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施预见性护理，对比分析两组的护理效果。结果观察组的并发症发生率为7.9%，显著低于对照组的21.1%差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理满意度为94.7%，显著高于对照组的21.1%差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在肝胆管结石合并胆管癌患者中实施预见性护理，可降低并发症发生率，提高临床疗效，促进患者早日康复，值得推广应用。
목적：분석간담관결석합병담관암환자적예견성호리방법화효과。방법수집간담관결석합병담관암76례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조실시상규호리，관찰조실시예견성호리，대비분석량조적호리효과。결과관찰조적병발증발생솔위7.9%，현저저우대조조적21.1%차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；호리만의도위94.7%，현저고우대조조적21.1%차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론재간담관결석합병담관암환자중실시예견성호리，가강저병발증발생솔，제고림상료효，촉진환자조일강복，치득추엄응용。
Objective To analyze the methods and effect of foreseeing nursing in patients with calculus of intrahepatic duct asso-ciated with cholangiocarcinoma. Methods 76 patients with calculus of intrahepatic duct associated with cholangiocarcinoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given foreseeing nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The complication rate of the observation group was 7.9%, significantly lower than that (21.1%) of the control group (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction was 94.7%, significantly higher than the 21.1% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of foreseeing nursing in patients with calculus of intrahepatic duct associated with cholangiocarcinoma can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the clinical efficacy, and promote the early recovery of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application.
