The architectural design is the vane of construction, if the design problems appeared, it wil directly affect the con-struction work project. There are tens of such design issues affecting construction in building professional design work the author engaged. This article mainly probes into the two aspects design of ground and basement waterproof to il ustrate the im-portance of reasonable design.
