　　随着我国经济的发展，建筑行业的发展取得了显著成绩，但建筑工程的质量问题也逐渐突出，并引起社会各界的广泛关注。传统建筑工程监理工作已无法适应现在建筑业发展需求，本文从现阶段建筑工程监理过程中出现的常见问题入手，分析问题并提出相应的规避措施。

With the development of our national economy, the development of the construction industry has made remarkable achievements, but the quality problems of construction are out-standing gradual y, and caused widespread concern in the com-munity. The traditional construction project supervision has been unable to adapt to the development of the construction in-dustry needs right now, this paper from common problems em-erging in this stage of construction project supervision process, analyzes the problems and puts forward the corresponding me-asures to avoid.
