工程造价的控制是一项经济、技术与管理相互结合的综合性学科，整个项目管理的好坏直接决定了最终工程造价的高低。建设项目的工程造价控制贯穿于整个项目的全部过程，必须做好项目的设计工作，推动项目工程在建设过程中获得最大的经济收益和社会效益。通过对工程造价控制的意义分析，本文探讨建设项目工程造价的控制措施。

The project cost control is a multidisciplinary com-bining the economic, technology and management, the project management has a direct influence on the final engineering co-st. The whole process throughout the project cost control of co-nstruction project, and it must complete the design project, to promote the project to obtain the maximum economic benefits and social benefits in the process of construction. Through the analysis of the significance of engineering cost control measu-res, this paper discusses the control measures of construction project cost.
