现如今，工民建行业得到了蓬勃发展，能源需求量不断增加。而工民建中新型节能技术的应用，不仅能有效降低建筑能耗，一定程度缓解能源危机问题，亦是工民建企业实现可持续发展宏伟目标的重要手段。基于此，本文对工民建中新型节能技术及节能技术发展趋势几方面进行了分析与探讨。

Nowadays, industrial and civil construction indust-ry has been booming, energy demand continues to increase. Application of new energy-saving technology in civil enginee-ring not only can reduce building energy consumption, to some extent al eviate the problem of energy crisis, is also an import-ant means of industrial enterprises to achieve the goal of susta-inable development. Based on this, this paper analyzes and dis-cusses several aspects of the new energy-saving technology and energy-saving technology development trend of civil engi-neering.
