不典型面痛（又称不典型面神经痛）是一组非三叉神经痛的面部异常疼痛综合症，疼痛持续性发作，但强度有所变化，大多为单侧发作，性质呈酸痛或绞痛[1]；张立生等叙述了非典型面痛与三叉神经痛的鉴别诊断[2]。头痛在临床中较多见，以面痛为主合并头痛比较少见，临床易和“三叉神经痛”诊断相混淆，“加巴喷丁、卡马西平”药物疗效不明显，但消炎止痛药可以短暂缓解疼痛。我们回顾性分析2013年1月-2013年9月就诊于我院疼痛康复科以一侧面痛或头面痛为主要特点的不典型面痛患者，用射频或银质针来对颈部软组织松解治疗，同时辅以牵伸、物理治疗等为主的颈肩部康复为主要方向的软组织治疗思路，取得了很好的疗效，希望能为该类疼痛的治疗提供帮助。

Atypical facial pain (also known as atypical face neuralgia) is a group of non-facial abnormalities trigeminal neuralgia pain syndrome. While pain persists, but the intensity varies, mostly unilateral attack, with pain or cramps. Headache were more common clinical y,mainly facial pain headaches are relatively rare, "trigeminal neuralgia" treatment are practiced in other hospital or department, "gabapentin, carbamazepine," the drug treatment are not very effective, but the anti-inflammatory painkil ers can relieve short pain. We retrospectively reviewed the patients in our hospital in March 2013 and December 2013 with atypical facial pain or pain in one side of the main features of trigeminal neuralgia, it has proven very good result from treatment of soft tissue on neck with RF or silver needle along with stretching, physical therapy and other rehabilitation-oriented mainly on the neck and shoulder soft tissues, in order to provide an good reference for treatment of such pain.
