　　随着生产工业的快速发展，其对用水量的需求也不断增加，用水结构也需要做相应的调整，节约和高效用水是缓解我国水资源的供需问题的本质途径。因此，发电单位推行节水和高效用水方案，不但是涉及到电力单位的经济问题，而且还涉及到电力单位可持续发展、保证社会经济快速发展的十分重要的社会问题。
　　수착생산공업적쾌속발전，기대용수량적수구야불단증가，용수결구야수요주상응적조정，절약화고효용수시완해아국수자원적공수문제적본질도경。인차，발전단위추행절수화고효용수방안，불단시섭급도전력단위적경제문제，이차환섭급도전력단위가지속발전、보증사회경제쾌속발전적십분중요적사회문제。
With the rapid development of manufacturing Ind-ustry, its water demand is increasing, the water structure also need to make corresponding adjustment, saving and efficient water use is the essential way to ease supply and demand of water resources in China. Therefore, the power unit to carry o-ut water-saving and efficient water use plan, not only relates to the economic problems of power unit, a very important social problem, but also involves the power unit of sustainable deve-lopment, to ensure the rapid development of social economy.
