某多层住宅局部发生地基基础的局部不均沉降，并由此造成上部砌体结构的墙体裂缝。针对该建筑物基础的具体情况，运用锚杆静压桩、加大原基础相结合的方法来加固地基，稳定了该部位基础的沉降。再通过观测，采用环氧树脂灌浆的方法对上部墙体裂缝进行了修补。该方案实施后，使整个加固和维修工程得到满意的效果。
某多層住宅跼部髮生地基基礎的跼部不均沉降，併由此造成上部砌體結構的牆體裂縫。針對該建築物基礎的具體情況，運用錨桿靜壓樁、加大原基礎相結閤的方法來加固地基，穩定瞭該部位基礎的沉降。再通過觀測，採用環氧樹脂灌漿的方法對上部牆體裂縫進行瞭脩補。該方案實施後，使整箇加固和維脩工程得到滿意的效果。

After the implementation of the program, the who-le reinforcement and repair engineering get satisfied effect.
