目的：探讨丁苯酞联合疏血通治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：2013年2月-2014年3月收治脑梗死患者140例，随机分成对照组和观察组各70例，对照组将6ml疏血通加入250ml 5%葡萄糖注射液中混匀，静滴，1次/日，连续治疗14天；观察组在对照组的基础上加用丁苯酞200mg，3次/日，连续治疗21天。结果：两组ESS评分在治疗前后以及组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组总有效率94.3%，对照组总有效率84.3%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：丁苯酞联合疏血通治疗脑梗死疗效显著，值得推广。

목적：탐토정분태연합소혈통치료뇌경사적림상료효。방법：2013년2월-2014년3월수치뇌경사환자140례，수궤분성대조조화관찰조각70례，대조조장6ml소혈통가입250ml 5%포도당주사액중혼균，정적，1차/일，련속치료14천；관찰조재대조조적기출상가용정분태200mg，3차/일，련속치료21천。결과：량조ESS평분재치료전후이급조간비교차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조총유효솔94.3%，대조조총유효솔84.3%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：정분태연합소혈통치료뇌경사료효현저，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide combined with Shu Xue Tong injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:140 cases with cerebral infarction were selected from February 2013 to March 2014. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 70 cases in each.The control group were given mix the 6ml Shu Xue Tong into 250m l5% Glucose injection,intravenous drip,qd,for 14 consecutive days.The observation group were given the butylphthalide 200mg on the basis of the control group,tid,for 21 consecutive days.Results:The ESS scores before treatment as well as after treatment were compared between the groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The total effectiveness of the observation group was 94.3%.The total effectiveness of the comparison group was 84.3%.The two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalide combined with Shu Xue Tong injection is effective in treating cerebral infarction,It is worthy of promotion.
