目的：观察光动力联合甘草锌治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的60例寻常型痤疮患者随机分为两组。其中治疗组32例予光动力联合甘草锌治疗，对照组28例仅予光动力治疗，治疗时间4周。观察患者治疗前后的皮损变化，治疗结束后随访2个月评估复发情况。结果：治疗组有效率96.87%，对照组89.29%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗组复发率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：光动力联合甘草锌治疗寻常型痤疮疗效好，复发率低，值得临床推广使用。
목적：관찰광동력연합감초자치료심상형좌창적림상료효。방법：장부합납입표준적60례심상형좌창환자수궤분위량조。기중치료조32례여광동력연합감초자치료，대조조28례부여광동력치료，치료시간4주。관찰환자치료전후적피손변화，치료결속후수방2개월평고복발정황。결과：치료조유효솔96.87%，대조조89.29%，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。치료조복발솔명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：광동력연합감초자치료심상형좌창료효호，복발솔저，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy combined with licorzinc in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:60 cases with acne vulgaris were included in the standard.They were randomly divided into two groups.32 cases of the treatment group were treated with photodynamic therapy combined with licorzinc.28 cases of the control group were only treated with photodynamic therapy.The treatment time was 4 weeks.The skin changes before and after treatment were observed. Follow-up 2 months after the end of treatment,the recurrence was evaluated.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.87%.The effective rate of the control group was 89.29%.There was significant differences (P<0.05).The relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.There was also significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The photodynamic therapy combined with licorzinc has a good curative effect and low relapse rate.It is worthy of promoting in clinical.
