目的：探讨拉米夫定联合阿德福韦酯治疗乙肝肝硬化的效果。方法：2012年10月-2013年12月收治乙肝肝硬化患者112例，随机分为研究组和对照组各56例，研究组予以拉米夫定联合阿德福韦酯，对照组单纯予以拉米夫定，分析两组的临床治疗结果。结果：治疗后研究组的HBV-DNA、ALT、ALB水平明显优于对照组，且临床症状改善情况明显高于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：拉米夫定联合阿德福韦酯治疗乙肝肝硬化效果显著。

목적：탐토랍미부정연합아덕복위지치료을간간경화적효과。방법：2012년10월-2013년12월수치을간간경화환자112례，수궤분위연구조화대조조각56례，연구조여이랍미부정연합아덕복위지，대조조단순여이랍미부정，분석량조적림상치료결과。결과：치료후연구조적HBV-DNA、ALT、ALB수평명현우우대조조，차림상증상개선정황명현고우대조조，비교차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：랍미부정연합아덕복위지치료을간간경화효과현저。
Objective:To explore the effect of lamivudine combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods:112 cases with hepatitis B cirrhosis were selected from October 2012 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 56 cases in each.The study group were treated with the combination of lamivudine and adefovir dipivoxil,while the control group were treated with lamivudine.We analyzed the clinical treatment results of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the study group,HBV-DNA,ALT,ALB levels were significantly better than that of the control group.The improvement of symptoms was significantly higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of lamivudine combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis is significant.
