做好施工管理是确保工程质量、安全和进度的主要措施，也是建筑企业获得最大经济效益的有效途径。现在人们对建筑工程的要求越来越高，不仅仅只停留在质量达标上，还体现在建筑施工的绿色理念上，因此，作为建筑施工管理者应该想方设法地减少成本，节能降耗，减少建筑施工所产生的污染。本文就建筑施工管理及绿色建筑施工管理问题与各位同仁进行探讨。

The construction management is the main measures to ensure the quality, safety and schedule of engineering, the effective approach of construction enterprises to obtain the big-gest economic benefits. Now people’s demand for the constru-ction is increasingly high, not only stay in the quality standard, also reflect the green concept in building construction, theref-ore, the construction managers should try various devices to reduce cost, save energy and reduce consumption, reduce the pol ution caused by construction.
