This paper introduces and analyses the important role of on-site investigation and analysis of the old industrial buildings in the rebuilding and reinforcement design, and then analyzes the design method of strengthening various alterat-ions of the structure, final y taking the opening hol ow floor sl-ab as an example elaborates the reinforcement construction te-chnology of old industrial buildings.
