This article elaborates the causes, processes, practi-ces and precautions of retrofit ing the existing concrete structu-res, and the author bases on the engineering project, and brief-ly describe the specific approach of reinforcement and reconst-ruction project in order to provide reference for reinforce tech-nology in the application of the reconstruction project.
