The society is a complex giant system, diversified, multiple system, in the development of the whole society con-struction, cannot do without support and cooperation of al kinds of elements, and these factors are also playing a very im-portant role especial y in city development. At the same time, these problems are also affected and restricting the develop-ment of the city's key. This article has carried on the analysis the realization and division of public interest in city planning, in order to offer a reference for relevant staff.
