基于气体红外吸收的基本原理,首先对部分常见气体的吸收谱进行了解,然后对甲烷(CH4)气体传感器原理进行分析。对于光纤气体传感器而言,气体检测灵敏度是一个重要的考虑因素。通过对光谱吸收理论的分析和数据模拟,得到在不考虑光路干扰因素,理想状态情况下,气室吸收长度L和气体浓度C对传感器灵敏度的影响。当L一定时,C增大,则会提高传感灵敏度。当C一定时,增加L,尤其当C较高时,则传感灵敏度较高。

Based on the basic principle of gas infrared absorption,some common gas absorption spectrum is understood, and then the principle of CH4 sensor is analyzed. For optical fiber gas sensor,gas detection sensitivity is an important factor. Based on the analysis of spectral absorption theory and data simulation,without considering optical path interference factors, the impact of the air-chamber absorption length L and the gas concentration C on the sensor sensitivity was obtained in ideal con-dition. When L is fixed and C is increased,the sensor sensitivity will be enhanced. When C is fixed and L is increased,the sen-sor sensitivity will be higher,especially when C is larger.
