为了解决传统一卡通系统卡务复杂操作不便的问题，提出了以一卡通服务中心为核心的校银市一体化联动平台的技术方案。在分析一卡通建设现状和银校合作模式的基础上，以新一代一卡通系统为依托框架，以一卡通服务中心为应用核心，设计了规范的业务流程以简化批量制卡、零星制卡、校园卡补办、银行卡补办等服务，规范了主体报文结构以优化三方信息交互，最终实现学校、银行、市民卡三方各类业务流程一体化、自动化处理。通过应用体验，该平台首创了以一卡通服务中心为核心的校银市一体化联动，从根本上优化了传统的卡务处理模式，具有一定的参考意义。

In order to solve card-service complexity and inconvenience of the traditional onw-card system,a technical scheme of the school-bank-city integration linkage platform which takes one-card service center as a core is proposed in this pa-per. Based on the analysis of the one-card construction present situation and school-bank cooperation mode,a normal business process was designed to simplify card services,and regulate the main message structure to optimize information interaction by taking a new generation one-card system as a framework and the card service center as application core. The platform achieved business process integration and automation. Through the application,this platform realized school-bank-city integration platform first,which takes one-card service center as a core,and optimized the traditional card processor fundamentally. It has a certain reference value.
