目的：评价尿动力学测定在良性前列腺增生（BPH)术前检查中的意义。方法应用尿动力学检测仪检查107例BPH患者的自由尿流率，压力-流率同步测定，尿动功能测定，评估逼尿肌功能状态，确定排尿障碍原因。结果107例B P H患者中，膀胱出口梗阻(B O O)92.57%(99/107)，逼尿肌不稳定收缩34.58%(37/107)；逼尿肌减弱2.80(3/107)；低顺应性膀胱28.97%(31/107)。结论尿动力学检查对良性前列腺增生患者梗阻的判断，膀胱功能的评估，手术疗效的分析以及治疗方法的选择均有重要意义。

Objective To evaluate the determination of urinary dynamics in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in the preoperative examination. Conclusion Urine dynamics test judgment of the obstruction in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary bladder function of evaluation, analysis, and the efficacy of surgical treatment of choice has important significance.
