目的：比较度洛西汀与舍曲林治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法将62例抑郁症患者随机分为度洛西汀组与舍曲林组，疗程8周，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定临床疗效，副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果度洛西汀组与舍曲林对抑郁症均有效，两组差异无显著性，度洛西汀起效较快，两组不良反应相仿。结论度洛西汀与舍曲林都是治疗抑郁症较理想的药物，与舍曲林相比，度洛西汀治疗伴有躯体症状的抑郁症患者疗效更好。
목적：비교도락서정여사곡림치료억욱증적료효급안전성。방법장62례억욱증환자수궤분위도락서정조여사곡림조，료정8주，채용한밀이돈억욱량표（HAMD）평정림상료효，부반응량표（TESS）평정불량반응。결과도락서정조여사곡림대억욱증균유효，량조차이무현저성，도락서정기효교쾌，량조불량반응상방。결론도락서정여사곡림도시치료억욱증교이상적약물，여사곡림상비，도락서정치료반유구체증상적억욱증환자료효경호。
Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of duloxetine and sertraline in the treatment of patients with senile depression. Method:62 patients with senile depression were divided into two groups who treatment with duloxetine or sertraline for eight weeks. The efficacy was evaluated by Hamilton depressive scale (HAMD),safety was evaluated by treatment emergant symptom scale(TESS). Results: The efficacies of duloxetine and sertraline in treatment of patients with senile depression were similar.They had no significant differences between two groups ,Both of them took effect more quickly and their side effects were less and mild. Conclusion:it suggests that both duloxetine and sertraline might be recommended as appropriated drugs in the treatment of senile depression. Du loxetine cou ld show better efficacy than sertraline in the patients with somatic symptoms1.
